Ten years ago, on July 26, 2016, Father Jacques Hamel was murdered while celebrating Mass. His sacrifice remains a deeply moving testimony of faithfulness to Christ, peace, and forgiveness.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his martyrdom, we invite you to honour his memory in prayer by having a Mass celebrated for his intention.
This act of faith is also a way of entrusting to God all those who, still today, suffer from hatred, violence, or persecution because of their faith.
His memory continues to illuminate our path. By uniting your prayer with that of the Church, you keep his legacy of hope and reconciliation alive.
Have a Mass celebrated in memory of Father Jacques Hamel and hold in your prayers all Christians who, still today, bear witness to their faith amid great trials.
